  • 1 in 3 Nearly one in three current EO Portland members came up through Accelerator. EO Portland program records, Jan 2026: 30 of 100 members
  • 24 mo. Average time for participants to reach $1M and graduate. EO Global
  • Since 2005 90+ programs in 31 countries, 10,000+ graduates worldwide. EO Global

How it works

01

Four Learning Days a year

Full-day, quarterly: Cash (Jul–Sep), Strategy (Oct–Dec), People (Jan–Mar), Execution (Apr–Jun). Taught by certified EO member trainers using Verne Harnish's Scaling Up, the framework growth companies use worldwide.

You leave each day with a one-page plan you actually use.

02

A monthly Accountability Group

Four to six owners and one EO member coach whose own business has run above $1M for at least three years. Four hours a month, in person, dates set a year out. 100% confidential.

Experience, not advice — nobody sells to anybody. Goals reviewed every month, and your peers notice when you slip.

03

Everything else on the calendar

A dozen more learning and social events across the year, EO Portland chapter events, and a directory of 1,000+ Accelerator members worldwide.

Plus the US West Regional Learning Event: a three-day Sales & Marketing intensive at the ARIA in Las Vegas, January 13–15. About $700 per person, with early-bird pricing near $4501 (early bird expected to close late September). Breakfast and lunch included; open to Accelerator participants.

What the room runs on

  • Together We GrowNobody gets to the next stage by themselves.
  • Trust and RespectWhat is said in the group stays in the group.
  • Thirst for LearningShow up to change your mind, not defend it.
  • Think Big, Be BoldSet the goal that scares you, then report on it.

Group norms: Fully present. Share the airtime. Curious, not judging. Experience, not advice.

Where it leads

Accelerator is built for owners between $250K and $1M. EO membership itself starts at $1M — so the threshold you are working toward is the same one that opens the next door. When you graduate, EO Portland cuts its initiation fee in half for Accelerator graduates: $3,500 becomes $1,750.

Under $250K? Ask about Ignitor, EO Portland's pre-Accelerator program.2

Who qualifies

  • Owner, founder, co-founder or controlling shareholder.
  • $250K+ in annual gross revenue. (Nonprofits: $250K+ operating budget and two or more full-time staff.)
  • Interested in eventually joining EO.
  • Willing to try new tools and be held to your goals.

Commitment

Two years. All four Learning Days. Your monthly group.

Application

A short interest form or email, CPA-signed revenue verification, a background check, and a few essay questions.

Investment

$2,550 a year, prorated to the June 30 fiscal year + $500 one-time initiation3

About $212 a month. Most owners at this stage cannot afford a $2,000-a-month consultant. This is what they can afford — and it comes with fifteen peers.

From the people who did it

What has most helped me grow my business? How do you develop work-life balance? These are frequent questions I get as the founder and CEO of Nossa Familia Coffee. And my #1 response is: I joined the Entrepreneur Organization Accelerator program. With EOA I found an amazing group of peers that I could learn from and commiserate with. I gained access to tremendous insights and lessons learned from businesses way larger than mine.

Joining the EO Accelerator program was a pivotal juncture in Mad Fish Digital's growth. Oftentimes as a business owner, it can feel as though we are alone on an island. Knowing that I had reached my limit of knowledge and experience, but not knowing where to turn, I was fortunate to find Portland's EO Accelerator program.

EOA exposed me to alternative ways of viewing my creative business. It has been invaluable to have the EOA "hive mind" to learn from and lean on — my EOA family has contributed to my business's success and I am so grateful.
